Bundles
Our most popular offerings are our 13-pound Icebox Bundle (5 lbs ground beef, 5-6 lbs roasts/braising cuts, and 3-4 lbs assorted steaks for $150) and our 25-pound Standard Bundle (10 lbs ground beef, 10 lbs roasts/braising cuts, and 5-6 lbs assorted steaks for $285)
Bulk
Our bulk price is $9.66/lb. A 1/4 Beef (~100 lbs) is approximately $966, a 1/2 Beef (~200 lbs) is approximately $1932, and a Whole Beef (~400 lbs) is approximately $3864
Snacks
Jerky: We offer both Chile Pequin (spicy!) and Peppered jerky
Pricing: $12/package
Summer Sausage: We offer original, cheddar, and jalapeno cheddar in 1/2 or 1 pound packages
Pricing: $18/lbs
